If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address.

  Pack Items

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, with all KOOKAÏ tags still attached.

  Label & Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at your nearest authorized postal point.

  Processing

  Once received, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your refund.
